TOFI-VDMA is a service operated by Tree of Insights, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate the US-IT Decision-Maker Research Panel located at tofi-vdma.online. For privacy inquiries, contact us at contact@tofi-vdma.online.

2. Information We Collect

Panel Members (Research Participants)

• Name, work email address, job title, and employer
• Professional profile data (company size, years of experience, specialization)
• LinkedIn profile URL (for identity verification only)
• Survey and research responses submitted during studies
• Device and browser data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, access timestamps)

Research Buyers / Clients

• Name, work email, company, and role
• Study requirements, targeting parameters, and project details submitted via forms
• Communication records

Website Visitors

• Standard web server logs (IP address, pages visited, referral source, browser)
• No third-party tracking scripts or advertising pixels are used on this site

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify panel member eligibility and identity
• To match members to relevant research studies
• To administer honoraria payments to panel members
• To respond to research buyer inquiries and deliver research services
• To send email confirmations and study invitations (with your consent)
• To comply with legal obligations
• To improve the quality and relevance of our panel and services

4. Data Shared with Research Buyers

We never share personally identifiable information about panel members with research buyers. Research clients receive only aggregated, anonymized data. No individual member name, email address, employer, or any other identifying detail is ever disclosed.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Google Workspace / Google Sheets: for form data collection and internal operations
• Google Fonts: for typography rendering (no tracking)
• Email service providers: for transactional email (confirmations, study invitations)

We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or behavioral analytics platforms.

6. Data Retention

Panel member profiles are retained for as long as membership is active. Research response data is retained for up to 36 months following project completion. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect; request deletion of personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
• File a complaint with your supervisory authority (if applicable)

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered members. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
